Vision
By the year of 2025, Doctoral Program in Educational Management will be excellent in producing professional developers of educational management or managers of educational institutions with piety, autonomy and intellectuality as the foundational values.

Missions:

1. Conducting education and instruction to produce educational personnel who have academic competence and/or professional competence in educational management;
2. Conducting research, review, development in educational management to support the implementation of academic and professional programs;
3. Conducting community service as an effort to implement results of research;
4. Developing theories, concepts, and technology in educational management;
5. Educating doctoral candidates who are able to design development programs, research and implementation of educational management; and
6. Building cooperation networks with a number of institutions for the development implementation of educational management
